2Account Registration

To open an account with 499betcom, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal limits may apply until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3Age Verification

499betcom is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration or betting by minors is completely prohibited and is central to our responsible gaming policy.

• At any stage of registration, you may be asked to provide a National ID (NID) or passport for age verification.
• Accounts suspected of being underage will be suspended immediately.
• All transactions made on an account registered with a false age will be considered void.

4Betting Rules

• Accumulator bets combining multiple events may include a maximum of 15 events.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 499betcom and must be followed:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT.
• It is recommended that all deposits and withdrawals use the same payment method. Transactions through third parties are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus or promotional funds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• 499betcom reserves the right to report suspicious transactions in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

499betcom regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If the required conditions are not met within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Closure & Suspension

499betcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When the member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.
• Under the order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

9Limitation of Liability

499betcom accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Technical issues with the member's own device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

In all cases, 499betcom's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's original stake for that event.

10Right to Amend Terms

499betcom reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance via email or SMS for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
